Privacy policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026

This page sets out what personal data this site collects, for what purposes, and how to exercise your rights. No data is sold, and no profiling or automated decision-making takes place.

01Data controller

Robbyweb – François Robben

Rue Saint-Joseph 54, 5660 Couvin, Belgium

Company number: 1018.725.276

Data controller: François Robben

For any question about your data: [email protected]

02Data collected through the contact form

The contact form collects three items: your name, your email address and your message.

Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: the legitimate interest in responding to an inbound enquiry, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

This data is relayed by email through Resend, an email delivery provider acting as a processor. A confirmation copy is sent to the address you provided.

No account is created, and the form content is not stored in any database on this site.

03Cookies and analytics

No non-essential cookie is set before your explicit consent.

Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key "cookieConsent.v1". This is not a cookie and the value is never sent to a third party.

If you accept, Google Analytics is loaded to measure site traffic. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain.

04Transfers outside the European Union

Resend and Google are companies established in the United States. Submitting the contact form, and accepting analytics, therefore involve a transfer of data outside the European Union. Those transfers rely on the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, in particular the standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

05Retention

Correspondence relating to an enquiry is kept for as long as needed to handle it, and then for no more than three years after the last contact for follow-up purposes.

Contractual and accounting records are kept longer where Belgian law requires it.

06Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

  • access to your data
  • rectification of inaccurate data
  • erasure
  • restriction of processing
  • objection to processing
  • data portability
  • withdrawal of your consent at any time

To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. You will receive a reply within one month.

07Complaints

If you believe your data is not being processed lawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données) via autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
